Dosage Zéro Noir is a pure Pinot Nero-only grapes wine, it comes from a breathtaking site in one of the highest points in Franciacorta, the Belvedere vineyard at some 466 metres above sea level.
Franciacorta Dosage Zéro can be said to be one of the finest examples of Ca’ del Bosco’s savoir-faire with classic-method vinification. This wine delivers austerity, tautness and rigour.
